Run Script Configuration

A Run Script Configuration is an automation script configuration saved under a user selected name, and made available as a Ribbon command. This allows a user to quickly execute complex automation commands with only two mouse clicks:

Using the Ribbon:

Using the Automation Explorer tool window:

Scripts must belong to a Script Set in the Automation Explorer window. A Run Script Configuration item is managed through one of the following options.

Using the ribbon Settings command, in the Automation group:

The popup dialog can be used to assign a user friendly moniker, which will appear as the command caption in the Ribbon, and input parameters (e.g. an environment name, HTTP URL, etc.)
